Well I went out GeoCaching on the 4th and had a beautiful day. I ended up finding 3 things that I would never had seen if I didn't go out.
 |
Mount St. Helen |
This is the view I saw from Sky line Road outside of Portland.
 |
Banana Slug |
This is some of the native wild life. (Don't lick him, your tongue will go numb, or so a coworker told me.)
 |
Native tree |
This was on a path I took looking for a Cache. Notice the hole in the base. Here is what was inside:
 |
Mushroom Village |
Couldn't you just picture small mystical beings living in there. Maybe they only come out when we are all away.
Now on to the next adventure and cache.
I have been quilting too. I started a Grandmother's flower garden using 1 inch hexies (across the points in the center) I will work on it until it tells me I am done. I am doing it by English Paper Piecing methods.
I hope everyone has a great day.
